Dominick Colabella brings his vision, innovative strategies, and core leadership to his role as CEO. He began his career as one of the first employees of Retriever Medical & Dental, now Rectangle Health. His healthcare expertise combines with a passion for technology to find new ways to overcome business challenges faced by Rectangle Health’s clients. Dominick inspires the company to expand its suite of services to become a one-stop solution for everything healthcare providers need to create the best possible experience for their patients.
Under Dominick’s leadership and development, Rectangle Health introduced its patented technology platform – Practice Management Bridge®. Prior to this innovation, providers had to process payments outside of their office administration environments, a step that added extra time and effort. By bridging card payments to all recognized administration systems in the industry, Dominick’s software solution reduces workload while improving efficiency and patient service for Rectangle Health’s clients.
Dominick is recognized for his leadership in the industry, serving on a technology advisory board with Verifone since 2013, and the advisory board of Vantiv since 2011. He also serves on the board of directors of Nuvance Health.
Dominick holds a Bachelor of Science from Albertus Magnus College.
Scott LoPresti is the current COO of Rectangle Health, holding this position since 2016. His relationship with the company began in 2008, initially managing their benefits and investments through his independent financial services firm. Each year, his involvement grew as the company grew until he eventually joined the company full time in 2013 as the Company Controller and Director of Mobile Technology. He has been instrumental in the company’s success ever since. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations at the company’s Valhalla, NY corporate headquarters, as well as managing its employees, which includes both in-office and remote staff, spanning the entire US.
Scott has over 25 years of management experience, ranging from project management in the telecommunications industry to owning and operating an independent financial services firm and serving as an operations manager of a MetLife office.
He holds an MBA in Finance from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iona College.
Mike Peluso is a career-long healthcare technology professional with advanced skills in the specification, development, and implementation of software solutions that accelerate the revenue cycle for health plans and healthcare providers, ranging from individual practices to large enterprises. Prior to joining Rectangle Health in 2013, he gained invaluable industry expertise working at a healthcare insurance company and hospital network, while later serving in senior leadership roles at revenue cycle management companies. As CTO of Rectangle Health, Mike recommends and manages all technical aspects of the company.
Conceptualizing the principles of the current SaaS, Mike spearheaded the migration of Rectangle Health’s Practice Management Bridge® technology to a secure, cloud-based platform. He continues to oversee subsequent enhancements to the company’s flagship healthcare technology solution, including the introduction of consumer-centric functionality, such as Card on File (CoF), Text to Pay, and contactless payments. Most recently, Mike introduced the “Care Now, Pay Later” built-in payment plan capability, which allows providers to offer patient financing. Previously, Mike pioneered Rectangle Health’s Enterprise Solutions division, which now serves large-scale healthcare plans, networks, and organizations by providing uniquely customized patient payment solutions.
A frequent panelist and contributor of health-tech content, Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut.
Matt McCammon brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, many of which focused on the healthcare revenue cycle. A self-effacing “aspiring servant leader,” his greatest strength lies in identifying and developing high-talent, high-character people that, together, forge amazing teams. His stewardly nature and winning attitude inspire organizations to achieve consistent growth and lasting success. As Chief Revenue Officer, Matt is responsible for Rectangle Health’s sales, learning & development, customer success and sales performance functions.
Matt is experienced in building start-up businesses, as well as executing transformational change to existing businesses. Prior to joining Rectangle Health in 2019, he held executive positions with Imagine Software, TSYS and Bank of America Merchant Services. While at BAMS, Matt managed several national teams and was also responsible for the commercial launch of Clover, Fiserv’s flagship point of sale product. Later, at TSYS, Matt was instrumental in forging the partnership with Rectangle Health, leading to breakthrough growth for both organizations.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Flagler College. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two sons.
Carrie Gray is a Chief Information Security Officer who brings substantial knowledge of various Information Security regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices to Rectangle Health. She clearly communicates how to protect against cybersecurity risks to both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of the organization.
With more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security, Carrie offers significant expertise in planning, developing, documenting, maintaining, and optimizing security and risk management processes. She also shares her diverse experience in a wide array of security technologies for authentication, encryption, monitoring, and management of systems.
Carrie’s extensive education in Information Security includes a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University, as well as ten industry-leading IS, risk, and IT audit certifications.
With over 20 years of experience in the payments industry, Michelle Dowling is the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Rectangle Health. She has spent the last eight years dedicated exclusively to the healthcare community, helping practitioners leverage technology to maximize the revenue cycle and enhance the provider-patient relationship. Her passion is to educate healthcare leaders on the importance of utilizing the latest digital tools to transform office processes for the betterment of staff and patient experience.
Connecting with healthcare offices across the country, she advocates that all practices can be financially healthy. Michelle advises the healthcare industry on best practices in administrative efficiencies and patient engagement, specializing in the dental and veterinary segments. Previously, she served as relationship manager for major practice management systems: PlanetDDS, Carestream, Henry Schein, and XLDent. Today, she presents continuing education courses, webinars, and materials for the healthcare marketplace, serving as a RACE CE-certified instructor, as well as an advisory board member for Women in DSO®.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from FIT. She resides with her husband and two children in South Carolina.
Sandro Blaslov currently leads the Rectangle Health Engineering team. Sandro has over 25 years of technology experience primarily focused on delivering custom software solutions.
During his time at Rectangle Health, Sandro has been influential in building the company’s engineering team from the ground up and the technical processes that usually come along with such an effort.
Prior to joining Rectangle Health, Sandro spent several years building digital products for the financial services, e-commerce, and entertainment industries. He has held various leadership roles throughout his career that include building highly scalable systems and high-performing teams.
Sandro holds a BBA from Pace University.
Brian Doyle is an experienced healthcare payments professional who partners with large-scale healthcare organizations, dental service organizations (DSOs), and centers of excellence to provide state-of-the-art payment and engagement solutions. Brian helps clients to deliver a better patient experience and reduce their accounts receivable (A/R).
As Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Rectangle Health, he is responsible for sourcing, signing, and launching new business. Based on a consultative approach, Brian recommends ways to make it easier for healthcare organizations to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and increase patient payments.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Colgate University.
As Rectangle Health’s Vice President of Partner Strategy, Chris Poché works to identify and support partners looking to become well-positioned in the marketplace to win healthcare business.
Across his 19 years of experience in the payments industry, Chris knows the companies that will succeed long-term will solve for pain points around the customer life cycle. Moreover, payments will simply come with the solution. This realization is what made him excited to join the team at Rectangle Health, where he evangelizes better patient experience and practice efficiency. Chris has held senior executive roles at several large companies, including Fiserv, Bank of America Merchant Services, and Global Payments. He has helped land active Rectangle Health partnerships across many of the industry’s largest companies.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans. He resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and three children.
Joe Rocchio is the Vice President of Sales Enablement for Rectangle Health. He is responsible for the implementation, adoption, and optimization of internal software applications, data, and content that allows sales channels to be more efficient and effective in engaging buyers along the purchase journey. Joe understands that the lifeblood of any organization is its sales teams, providing the right tools, processes, training, and support to succeed.
Joe’s career has spanned sales, sales management, marketing, and operations. Joining Rectangle Health in 2017, he developed its first Inside Sales channel, along with leading sales operations and digital transformation. In 2019, Joe transitioned to lead both business and sales operations under Rectangle Health’s COO. He has been awarded nearly a dozen commendations for achievements in both sales management and project performance at Fortune 500 companies.
Joe holds a BA in Speech Communications from Syracuse University.
Sandie Ryan is a Vice President of Business Operations who works with Onboarding, Product Shipment, Customer Care, and Technical Support teams to ensure customers get up and running as quickly as possible and all post-sale support provide an exceptional customer experience.
In her time with Rectangle Health, Sandie transitioned the company’s support teams to be customer-centric and developed service models to help prioritize customers based on processing volume and business needs. She has led the concept of a concierge-level service team that zones in on the critical needs of our strategic account customers. Prior to joining Rectangle Health, Sandie helped revitalize customer support teams and serve in other client-facing roles for several large companies. She also won three awards for exceptional work ethic and outstanding customer service.
Sandie holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University. She resides in New York with her husband and twin daughters.
Micah Shawn is an accomplished FinTech executive who is genuinely concerned for the success of our clients. He believes that enabling a better patient experience, increased office efficiency, and higher profitability for healthcare practices allows providers to focus on what matters most – patient care.
Micah established himself on the cutting-edge of technology at Apple and led consultative sales teams and business transformation at First Data (now Fiserv) and Bank of America Merchant Services. He was a key executive leading the commercial launch of what is now the best-selling cloud-based Point-of-Sale system for small businesses in the US. He enjoys sharing his experience to help others drive better results, efficiencies, and experiences.
Micah has completed the ACCEL Executive Development program at Yale School of Management.
Sandra Silva is a Certified Public Accountant with over 24 years of auditing, tax, accounting, and finance experience. She has served as Corporate Controller until 2022 when she was promoted to Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Prior to Rectangle Health, Sandra spent 20 years in public accounting as an auditor and tax advisor to varied industries.
In her role as Controller, she led the company’s financial reporting, accounting, and related internal control functions, bank, lender, and investor relationships, accounting systems, and cash flow. As the Head of FP&A, she is responsible for financial planning, budgets, forecasting, and analysis. As part of the corporate management and leadership team, Sandra develops and implements financial strategic planning decisions, ensuring the fiscal welfare of the Company.
Sandra holds a BBA in Accounting from Marist College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Alexa Skalandunas is Vice President of Product for Rectangle Health, where she is responsible for driving innovation, strategy, and execution for the next generation of the Rectangle Health product suite. She works to identify, develop, and implement product solutions addressing unmet customer needs related to patient payments and revenue cycle management for healthcare practices of all sizes.
Alexa is a product leader with over 25 years of varied experience in product management and marketing with a customer-centric focus. Throughout her career, Alexa developed expertise working in small innovative organizations driving the digital transformation of the insurance industry for large public companies and Fortune 500 clients.
Alexa holds a BS in Marketing Management from Syracuse University.
