Kelly Slavitt
Chief Legal Officer
Kelly Slavitt is the Chief Legal Officer of Rectangle Health. She has spent her career monetizing innovations in technology with the use of proactive and reactive intellectual property protections, regulatory pathways, claim substantiation, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and negotiations with government regulators. She is a strategic business partner, who also uses her legal skills to create value for Founders, CEOs, Presidents, venture capital and private equity investors, management teams, and Boards.
Prior to joining Rectangle Health in 2025, she worked at the healthcare tech SaaS startup Sikka.AI in Silicon Valley, advised the $3.3B largest region for the UK consumer goods multinational Reckitt Benckiser, counseled business leaders across various enterprise businesses with $50B in revenue at General Electric, and was the first General Counsel at The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Kelly started her career as an M&A IP lawyer at Skadden Arps.
She holds an MBA (ACC/Boston University), LLM (Cardozo School of Law), JD (Brooklyn Law School), Masters (New York University), and Bachelors (Pennsylvania State University) as well as several executive certifications.
