Kathi Klawitter

Kathi Klawitter is an accomplished operations and business transformation executive with deep expertise in payments, FinTech, and financial services. Renowned for bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex organizations, Kathi has built a career leading high-performing teams, modernizing operating environments, and aligning technology, service delivery, and operations to accelerate growth and enterprise value.

Most recently, Kathi served as Chief Operating Officer at Allied Payment Network, where she led a full-scale organizational transformation—revitalizing core operations, strengthening cross-functional alignment, modernizing engineering and development practices, and positioning the company for a successful strategic exit. She is recognized for her ability to stabilize environments, enhance collaboration, build leadership cohesion, and drive meaningful operational improvements that support both immediate needs and long-term scalability.

Prior to Allied, Kathi held progressive operations leadership roles at Fiserv (formerly First Data), supporting small and medium business clients, enterprise clients, and community financial institutions. She led large, diverse teams across service, operations, support, and client engagement; navigated significant organizational change; and implemented modernization initiatives that strengthened customer experience and elevated operational performance. Kathi also played an integral role in building the Community Financial Institutions division after multiple acquisitions, ensuring consistent client experience, organizational alignment, and integration success.

Earlier in her career, Kathi served as Chief Operating Officer of Security Card Services, where she built the operational infrastructure, leadership team, and service model necessary to prepare the company for acquisition—an experience that shaped her passion for operational excellence, value creation, and private equity–backed environments.

Kathi serves on several boards and holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing from Seton Hall University, and an Executive Presence & Influence Certificate from The Wharton School.

A Philadelphia/South Jersey native, Kathi now lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, two teenagers, and their family dog. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering from the sidelines of her kids’ competitive sports and spending time with family.
