Dominick Colabella is the visionary CEO behind Rectangle Health’s transformation into a leading healthcare technology company. With a career that began as one of the first employees at Retriever Medical & Dental, now Rectangle Health, Dominick has spent over three decades at the intersection of healthcare and technology, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Under his leadership, Rectangle Health launched its patented Practice Management Bridge®, a platform that revolutionized payment integration by connecting card transactions directly to practice administration systems. This innovation eliminated manual workflows, reduced administrative burden, and set a new standard for operational efficiency in healthcare.
Dominick has also led multiple strategic acquisitions, expanding Rectangle Health’s capabilities and accelerating its mission to simplify the business side of healthcare. Most recently, Rectangle Health launched PayerSync™, a breakthrough platform designed to automate claims workflows and streamline payer reimbursements, turning financial friction into opportunity for providers nationwide.
Recognized for his industry leadership, Dominick served on advisory boards for Verifone and Vantiv, and was a board member of Nuvance Health for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Albertus Magnus College.
