Refer & Earn Program Official Rules
The Rectangle Health Refer & Earn Program (Program) is available exclusively to active Rectangle Health customers (RH Customers).
RH Customers are individuals or businesses currently using one or more of the following solutions: Bridge™ Payments, Bridge™ Compliance, Bridge™ Engagement, and/or PayerSync®. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
To participate, an RH Customer must submit a referral through the referral form located at Rectangle Health Referral Form.
Program Period
The Program is ongoing and has no fixed end date. Rectangle Health may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion.
Qualified Referrals
- A referral will be considered a Qualified Referral if the referred individual or organization:
- is a healthcare practice or organization;
- is not an existing Rectangle Health customer;
- is based in the U.S.;
- is not already an active prospect in Rectangle Health’s sales pipeline at the time the referral is submitted, as determined by Rectangle Health’s records;
- and subsequently completes a product demonstration with a Rectangle Health representative.
Rewards
For each Qualified Referral, the RH Customer who submitted the referral will receive their choice of one (1) $100 digital gift card from a selection of participating retailers, subject to availability.
Gift cards will be issued only after the referred individual or organization has completed a product demonstration. Limit one (1) gift card per Qualified Referral. Referred individuals and organizations are not eligible to receive a reward.
If multiple RH Customers refer the same prospect, only the first referral submitted and recorded by Rectangle Health will be eligible for the reward.
There is no limit to the number of Qualified Referrals an RH Customer may submit or the number of referral rewards the RH Customer may earn during the Program Period.
General Terms
Rectangle Health reserves the right to determine eligibility for all referrals and rewards in its sole discretion. Self-referrals are not permitted. Referrals that are fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise fail to meet Program requirements will not qualify for rewards.
Rectangle Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, these Terms and Conditions, or the reward structure at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with receipt and use of any gift card reward.
Rectangle Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, expired, or misdirected gift cards. By participating in the Program, participants agree that Rectangle Health shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program or the use of any reward. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rectangle Health from any claims arising out of their participation in the Program or acceptance or use of a reward.
