Mike Peluso

Mike Peluso is a career-long revenue cycle expert and technology innovator, serving as Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Rectangle Health. With deep expertise in the specification, development, and implementation of healthcare software, Mike leads the design of solutions that accelerate revenue cycle performance for health plans, hospitals, and healthcare providers, from small practices to large regional enterprises.

Since joining Rectangle Health in 2013, Mike has spearheaded several transformative initiatives, including the creation of the Enterprise Solutions division, which delivers customized patient engagement and payment technologies to multi-site physician groups and health systems. He also led the migration of the company’s patented Practice Management Bridge® to a secure, cloud-based platform, enabling support for pre-authorized healthcare transactions and EMV chip card technology.

Most recently, Mike is the architect of PayerSync™, Rectangle Health’s breakthrough platform for automating claims workflows and streamlining payer reimbursements. His leadership in this area reflects a continued commitment to solving complex financial challenges in healthcare through scalable, intelligent technology.

Prior to joining Rectangle Health, Mike held senior leadership roles at several revenue cycle technology companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut and completed graduate-level coursework in healthcare management at the same institution.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Mike is actively involved in the healthtech community. He serves as a board member for both Emporos and the Cost Containment Group, helping guide strategic direction and innovation across the healthcare technology landscape.  Mike is also committed to developing future leaders in the field. He serves as a student advisor at the University of Connecticut, where he mentors future leaders and supports students in their academic and career development.
