Paiman Nodoushani

Paiman has extensive experience leading diverse and complex engineering teams for over 30 years, both in small and large companies. Over the past decade, Paiman has been building cohesive teams that deliver cloud/SaaS-based solutions. He has a wealth of experience in successfully integrating acquisitions and realizing the full potential of acquired technologies.

Most recently, Paiman was the CTO at Examity leading all of engineering, Cloud Operations, Security, and Compliance. Examity was a private equity-based company enabling online testing to the EdTech Space (recognized as Boston’s fastest-growing company in 2019, 2020, 2021). He led a geographically dispersed engineering team building enterprise-class products. Examity was acquired four months ago by Meazure Learning.

Prior to Examity, Paiman was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Veracode, a Gartner magic quadrant leader in application security. In this role, Paiman led all engineering, cloud operations, IT, and security.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paiman is deeply committed to serving the tech community and fostering positive societal impact. Paiman has served on the Board of Trustees for Mass Technology Council as well as the Board for Habitat for Humanity. He was the co-chair of the Technology & Innovation Community at Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, as well as serving on the advisory board for GoodLife.

Paiman lives with his wife and their dog, Kemba, in Northborough, MA. They have twin sons who recently graduated from college and a daughter who is completing medical school and embarking on her residency journey this spring.
