Anette Johansson

Anette Johansson is the Vice President of Product Delivery for Rectangle Health.  Joining the organization in 2017, Anette built the Product Delivery team from the ground up, serving every client with a customized technical set-up and/or product training experience.  She has successfully incubated and grown her team to offer channel-specific delivery methods, regardless of client size or vertical.

In 2021, Anette developed and executed the Company’s first conversion program, which has since supported thousands of customers in their adoption of the latest software updates and releases.  She is passionate about software adoption and change management processes that simplify and reduce the learning curve for users.  She has extensive experience in operational and administrative optimization and plays a key role for Rectangle Health in strategic initiatives tied to revenue and activation.

Prior to her career at Rectangle Health, Anette ran the Inside Sales Support division for Mobile Communications Plus, which offered tools and resources via an inbound/outbound call center model to independently owned wireless retailers.  She built and executed programs for effective marketing strategies and business operations management, as well as new retailer training and consultative selling methodology.

Anette holds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in English from Concordia College and resides in New York with her two daughters.
