Credit Cards

In healthcare, credit card processing can be costly and take significant amounts of time, and working between the credit card company and your practice can be complicated. The right solutions make the process easier and ensure you get reliable, prompt payments for your services.

Unlike debit cards, credit cards allow users to take out a loan from the credit company and pay it back at a future date. Credit cards deliver the convenient, rapid processing capabilities many patients prefer for medical services.

Rectangle Health offers a platform to interface with your current payment processing methods and streamline the process from start to finish. It will help you track patients’ payments and bills owed and ultimately allow you to significantly reduce your accounts receivable balance. We accept most major credit cards, including:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover

With trusted capabilities to manage credit card payments, we can help you save valuable resources during the payment process. Getting cutting-edge technology to facilitate your payment processing can offer your practice many advantages, including:

  • Enhanced efficiency. With the right platform to interface with your payment processing methods, you can manage credit card payments faster and more efficiently.
  • Trusted security. Our solutions ensure secure transactions so your practice and patient information are safe throughout the process.
  • Optimized user experience. When you use our platform, you can create a streamlined, intuitive user experience for your patients and practice, making transactions more straightforward.

Debit Cards

Debit cards take money directly from a payer’s account, allowing patients to make payments for medical services rapidly and conveniently. This payment card links directly to the user’s bank account to take out funds for a transaction. Personal identification number (PIN) debit cards require the cardholder to authenticate the transaction at the point of sale by entering a number.

Many patients want to use a debit card to cover costs for medical expenses, and it’s invaluable to have different options for payment management. When your patients use debit cards for payments, your practice can benefit from more convenient processing, lower transactional costs, and less time billing and collecting.

With our services, you can accept debit payments over the phone at your office, ensuring fast, convenient and secure transactions for each patient. Our system works with your debit card payment processing to facilitate seamless transactions between bank accounts.

Debit card processing technology delivers diverse capabilities to work with your operational needs, offering a convenient way to exchange funds for services. Our solutions can help your practice stay competitive and meet patients’ diverse needs. Debit cards also provide a convenient method for various payment types because users can charge their cards in person at an office or online with the appropriate processing technology.

With technology to streamline your financial transactions, you’ll experience several benefits for your operations:

  • Improved efficiency: The right technology can allow you to manage transactions more effectively, even with increased transactions.
  • Enhanced security: Our cutting-edge solution delivers trusted security to protect sensitive data for your patients and practice.
  • Prompt transactions: Manage requirements quickly and conveniently with Rectangle Health to make the process easier.

Prepaid Cards

With network-branded prepaid cards, users can cover payments to any healthcare providers that accept those particular brands. This secure payment option is convenient and secure and offers the easy use of a debit or credit card without the required additional processing.

Our solutions work with your prepaid card processing systems and allow you to address your requirements more effectively. Instead of tracking down payments or handling late fees, you can efficiently manage transactions and ensure the right information gets to the right places. Whatever your operational needs, you can trust our system to work compatibly with your processes to deliver trusted solutions.

When you choose Rectangle Health to deliver prepaid card payment solutions, you can depend on our innovative platform to optimize your processes. Some of the advantages you can experience are:

  • Secure transactions. Your practice’s and customers’ sensitive data will have enhanced security during processing.
  • Optimized efficiency. You can effectively and quickly manage financial transactions and keep track of payments, saving processing and follow-up time.
  • Hassle-free payments. With our solution’s efficient interface with your systems, you can significantly reduce your practice’s accounts receivable balance without having to continually follow up with patients regarding payments.

If you accept check payment methods, processing them can be time-consuming. You may have to navigate a complex system of signing and depositing checks before the payment settles. To help address potential inefficiencies, we offer check payment services through CrossCheck®, allowing for streamlined electronic processing and settlement of the check at the point of sale.

The program can handle everything from check verification to business check conversion and electronic check conversion via imaging. Whatever your requirements, work with us to address the challenges you face.

We provide four CrossCheck programs to match your needs:

  • Standard Verification: This program checks approval via website, point-of-sale (POS) terminal, or telephone. You will be responsible for depositing approved checks and handling any lost funds on returned checks.
  • Standard Guarantee: Along with standard verification services, your practice will receive reimbursement for returned checks’ lost funds.
  • Premium Verification: A check imager connected to a desktop application or POS terminal converts a paper check electronically for deposit. Your practice will be responsible for lost funds for a returned check.
  • Premium Guarantee: A check imager electronically converts a paper check for convenient depositing. Your practice will receive the funds even if you have a returned check.

Check payment processing technology customized to match healthcare industry requirements can be a significant asset for your operations. Your practice can enjoy benefits such as:

  • Increased efficiency. Streamlined technological options work with your processing systems to deliver the right solutions, meaning you’ll have optimal productivity for financial management.
  • Saved time. With an optimized payment management system, you’ll save time tracking down patients with unpaid bills.
  • Improved user experience. When patients can conveniently pay for services, they’ll have a better experience with your practice and build trust with your team.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)

The ACH Network is a financial hub that facilitates transactions throughout the United States. It allows people and organizations to move payments from one bank account to another seamlessly. Throughout the day, the platform batches payments together to send to the recipient, allowing it to efficiently handle large payment volumes.

Rather than using paper checks, this network debits the user’s bank account and processes the payment directly. It’s an efficient medium for transferring funds between parties and a method that appears in many applications, from direct deposit to commercial purchasing options.

When you need trusted solutions for payment management, Rectangle Health can handle your requirements. Whether you are a traditional or internet-based service, we can help you get the right platform for your applications. Our Practice Management Bridge technology offers features such as:

  • Compatibility with your existing systems. Our solution works with your practice management system, whether your field is medical, dental, or specialty.
  • Seamless setup. Easy installation and seamless coordination with your systems mean you can get the capabilities you need faster and more conveniently.
  • Eliminated manual posting. All payments post automatically to your practice management system’s patient ledger, so your practice’s personnel can save valuable time during processing.

Automatic ACH payments offer several benefits for your operations:

  • Improved efficiency: Using the ACH network allows you to quickly and efficiently manage high volumes of transactions and complete them within an average of one business day.
  • Enhanced security: ACH processing ensures trusted security for all transactions and financial information with full regulatory compliance.
  • Decreased processing costs: When your practice uses ACH electronic payments, more of the payments will go directly toward services and you can require less to cover transactional costs.
