Heather Bentley

Heather is a highly experienced Customer Success professional. As a dynamic and data-driven leader, she’s worked to build teams focused on helping customers solve for their most complex business challenges and outcomes throughout her career.

Heather has extensive experience leading customer success teams around the world in many different organizations.  Most recently, she was serving as Chief Customer Officer at Elliptic, a blockchain analytics company in the cryptocurrency space. Prior to that, she held a number of Customer Success related roles in both cybersecurity and information compliance. At Rectangle Health, her team delivers an outstanding customer experience and ensures that your team can focus on patient care, not administrative overhead.

Heather has a BS in Business from Wake Forest University and a MBA from Georgia State University.
