Provider accounts are the accounts of your healthcare providers. To manage your Provider Account details and their information, go to Settings > Provider Accounts.

The Provider Accounts tab has the Provider Account Management section, which lists the Provider Accounts and their information. You can manage healthcare provider accounts and their information by selecting a provider from this list to pull up their account profile.

On the Provider Account profile page, you can view and manage Provider Account details and settings such as:

  • Basic Information
    All fields are read-only, except for the Provider Group which indicates who the accounts belong to.
    • Account Name
    • Status
    • Provider Group
    • Phone Number
    • Tax ID
  • VCC Transactions
    • Notification Email
      This is the email address where VCC transaction notifications will be sent. By default, this field uses the email address a user signed up with during account creation.
  • Location Information
    All fields are read-only.
    • Address
    • State
    • ZIP Code
    • Country
