Overview

To manage your own account settings, go to Settings > My Account.

The My Account tab has the My Account Settings section. This is where you can view and update some of your profile information and account settings, which includes:

  • User Information 
    • First Name 
    • Last Name 
    • Email Address 
      • Note: This is managed by your administrator. 
    • Phone Number 
    • Provider Group 
      • Note: This is managed by your administrator. 
  • Account Status
    • Account Status
    • Role
    • Last Login
    • Account Created

Update Your Name and Phone Number

  1. Go to Settings > My Account.
  2. Go to the First Name, Last Name, and/or Phone Number field(s) and make the desired changes.

 

Update Other Account Information

If you are a Standard role user: You must reach out to your administrator to update other account information such as role, status, email, or provider group.

If you are an Administrator role user: You can update your account and other user’s accounts. See Manage User Accounts, Roles, and Permissions for more information.
