Because Rectangle Health processes all payments, there are no bills to members and there is no reconciliation to process. You only need to add your member’s account into our fully integrated and secure system and each time payroll is run, the premium is automatically sent to that member’s account. Rectangle Health receives the bill, then reconciles and pays it electronically on each due date.


Individual policyholders can select and pay for member plans and employers can eliminate reliance on payroll deduction and allow employees to engage directly with selection and payment process. Agents also have a new payment model they can present to members.

Real-time Reconciliation and Posting for Carriers

Rectangle Health posts payments to the system of record in real-time and provides reporting that ties merchant processing deposits and credits to your healthcare practice’s bank statement. The report lists out exact debits and credits by bank settlement dates, as well as all persons charged and credited for that bank reconciliation period, allowing for immediate opportunity to identify issues.

Rectangle Health collects payments from members every day, and on any day at any time, you can determine how many payments have been made and which members have paid them. We reconcile the payments for the entire month at each month’s end.
