Jamie Heinze

Jamie Heinze is a Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience working across several industries including digital marketing, healthcare, retail, hospitality, finance/banking and government contracting.  Jamie has extensive experience in recruiting, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and numerous HRIS platforms.  Jamie is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Prior to joining Rectangle Health, Jamie was the Chief People Officer at Silverback Strategies, a performance marketing agency specializing in Paid Media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).  Before that, she oversaw the People Operations function at Tinuiti, the largest performance marketing agency across the triopoly of Google, Facebook and Amazon.  Earlier in her career, Jamie spent several years in a senior HR role at TeamHealth.

Jamie holds her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and holds an MBA degree from Penn State University.  Jamie lives in Egg Harbor Township, NJ with her husband, son, 2 dogs and a cat.  In her free time, Jamie likes to read, hike, go to the beach and spend time with family & friends.
