Damien Warner

Damien Warner is the Head of Corporate Development at Rectangle Health and has 20+ years of experience leading mergers and acquisitions, strategy, product and operations across payments, fintech and software companies.  Damien is passionate about growing companies and spent the last 10 years executing high-growth acquisitions ranging in transaction value from $20M to more than $10B for publicly traded and private equity backed companies.  He also has extensive experience in managing integrations to achieve financial, operational and cultural results.  Prior to Rectangle Health he spent time at Allvue Systems, Deluxe, Worldpay (now FIS) and First Data (now Fiserv).

Damien holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Crime Investigation from Utica University and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
